Can I get the AI chatbot without a new website?
Yes. The chatbot is a standalone service. It works alongside a Barrow Digital site or embeds into the website you already have, including WordPress, Shopify and Wix, with no rebuild.
Will it make things up?
It answers from the business details you give it, and you set the boundaries of what it can and can’t say. You can review every conversation and we adjust its answers whenever you ask.
Where do the leads go?
By email on every plan. Standard and Full add text-message alerts and can route leads to HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or any webhook.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move up or down as your needs change. Tell us and we change it from your next billing date.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly services can be cancelled by either side with 30 days’ written notice. There is no long-term contract beyond that notice period.
