FAQ
Care & Hosting: common questions.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly services can be cancelled by either side with 30 days’ written notice. There is no long-term contract beyond that notice period.
Who owns my website?
Once the initial fee is paid, you own the final content and design we deliver. The underlying template, code framework and our own tools stay ours and are licensed to you while your monthly service is active. If you cancel, we give you a copy of your site’s content and reasonable help moving the hosting elsewhere.
Can you host a website you didn’t build?
Usually, yes. Tell us what your site is built on and we will tell you honestly whether moving it to us makes sense, or whether a rebuild would cost you less in the long run.
Why is the entry website plan priced so low?
On purpose. We would rather have more local businesses online with a good site than chase a big build fee. We earn our margin on the services you choose to add later (an AI chatbot, call answering, advertising and so on) and only if they are worth it to you. None of them is required.
